We have been conducting Executive and Confidential Search within the motor industry since we started back in 1961.
We work with many premium automotive brands, engaging with them to understand the specific recruitment support required. We fully understand that no two brands are the same and we believe our service must reflect the company we are recruiting for. This could not be more relevant than to Executive Search and our service will always echo a clients’ specific needs; we are in effect an extension of your brand whilst we conduct the search.
We advise this strategy in the following situations:
- The combination of seniority and skillset is available in relatively few individuals within well-defined areas.
- Specific technical or specialist expertise is required which is rarely found at any level
- All other methods have been unsuccessful
Crucially for this process, confidentiality and ethics are fundamental to our business. Many candidates and clients do not want to reveal their identity during the early stages of selection. We pride ourselves on our discretion and the confidentiality of the search process which is applicable to both clients and candidates a like.
In short, we leave no stone left unturned in our search for the right candidate. This requires a close partnership between the client and us. We make use of all our resources but will also go out into the market to locate the best person for the role; someone who may not already be known to us. We will provide full interview reports, career histories and overall assessments for each candidate (including personality profiling if necessary) and all candidates will be evaluated against the brief. We will remain heavily involved right up until the successful candidate starts in their new position.
