PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
Lead the Showroom in achieving and exceeding targets in the areas of customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, as well as maintaining good relationships with the local authorities and business communities to sustainably develop new and existing markets.
Ensure that all distributor standards are met.
Customer Vehicle Delivery
Auto Financing and Insurance Sales Support
Pre-Owned Vehicle Support
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
Substantial experience in Sales on a managerial level
Daimler C-Management Certification or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience as Sales Manager in automotive industry
Experience with German Premium Brands (Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Porsche) strongly preferred
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
